Comar Chemie AG Muttenz (Switzerland)

The company COMAR CHEMIE AG (CCAG) was founded on 04.05.2011 as a 100% subsidiary of Comar Chemicals (Pty) Ltd., the South African parent company, and is registered commercially in the canton Basel-Landschaft/Switzerland. Since May 2012 CCAG operates on the production site in Muttenz, Switzerland, a highly automated plant for the production of Neodymium Versatate, a specialty synthetic rubber catalyst, which is based on the rare earth metal neodymium. The production plant in Switzerland is capable to produce more than 1000 tons/year of Neodymium Versatate.

CCAG has its own on-site laboratory facilities for all product-specific quality controls. With the inclusion of the site into the GETEC Park.Swiss we are able to offer our customers in addition to our own quality controls a variety of certified analytical services. CCAG’s customer service and manufacturing operations have been certified by the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2015 Environment Management System, to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality products for their technical applications.
